henna tattoo gallery
We have many Henna designs to choose from or we can freestyle anything you can imagine. Our Henna artists are truly inspired individuals.
Henna is made from the dried and ground leaves of the plant Lawsonia Inermis. It is applied to the skin as a paste from a bottle or cone. Henna can be applied to most any part of the body safely. We use only 100% natural Henna powder which will not penetrate your skin. Our Henna leaves a rich orange/copper to red/brown color on your skin.
The beautiful design of a temporary tattoo will last anywhere from 7 to 10 days. Glitter can be added to the design for a beautiful effect while the Henna paste is drying.
Henna tattoos start out orange and will darken within the first 24 to 48 hours. It is recommended that you leave the Henna paste on for at least 3 hours in order to get the darkest and longest lasting tattoo possible. You can wash the paste off as soon as it dries which could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. However, the earlier you take the past off the lighter your tattoo will be.
We recommend that you apply petroleum jelly or baby oil to your Henna tattoo if you plan to come in contact with water, especially during the first 48 hours. This will prevent your tattoo from fading before it reaches its darkest color.
The suggested age for Henna is 6 years and up.
We never use “black henna” which contains chemical that may cause an allergic reaction on the skin of many people.
